  • How do I create an account?
    You can sign up using our app Zunguka.
  • Is there a fee for using the platform?
    There are no registration fee, listing fee or subscription fee. We charge a small commission on your completed sales only.
  • How do I report a suspicious user or listing?

  • Is my personal information secure?
    Yes. We use advanced encryption and data protection measures to ensure your information is safe. Your real name, contact information, and other personal information will not be revealed to other users or delivery personnel.
  • How do I delete my account?
    Go to account setting and select "Delete Account". Note that this action is irreversible.
  • Is it safe to buy items on this platform?
    Yes, we prioritize user safety by verifying all users and movers with our eKYC system and secure payment options.
  • How do I contact a seller?
    You can use the in-app messaging system to ask questions or negotiate prices.
  • Can I return an item if it's defective?
    Returns are principally subject to the seller's policy. Ensure you check the item's condition and ask for detailed photos before purchasing.
  • How do I make a payment?
    Payments can be made via credit/debit card and mobile money(MoMo). We will hold on to your payment until you receive and confirm the item.
  • What should I do if the seller doesn't deliver the item?
    You can cancel your purchase before seller request mover to pick up the item, and we will refund your money.
  • How do I list an item for sale?
    Tap the camera icon "list" on the home screen and follow the steps in the app.
  • What items are prohibited from being sold?
    Items like weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen items, or anything that violates our terms of service, laws and regulations of Rwanda are not allowed.
  • How do I get paid?
    Payments are processed through our platform and transferred to your "My Earning", which is a substitute currency you can use to purchase items in our market. You can also transfer certain amount of "My Earning" to your mobile money account and bank account by requesting.
  • What should I do if a buyer doesn't pay?
    Buyers make payment before you ship. The sales will be granted to you after buyer confirm the item.
  • Can I edit or delete my listing?
    Yes, go to your "My items and deals" and find the listing and select edit or delete.
